How it works.

You tell us about your hotel. We set the AI up inside the tools you already use. From then on, every guest email, review and report is drafted in your voice and waits for your yes.

A B&B owner carries a tray of scones across a Cotswolds garden

Three steps, then every day.

Step 1

Tell us about your hotel

A 20-minute form: rooms, prices, policies, the things you always say yes or no to, and a few real emails and reviews so it can learn your voice. If you prefer, a 20-minute call instead of the form.

Step 2

We set it up

Inside your mailbox, your booking system and your review profiles. We write your house style and rules, connect availability and prices, and run a week of drafts beside you until they sound like you. 14 days for hotels, 7 for holiday rentals.

Step 3

You check and send

Drafts arrive where you already work, with Approve and Edit. The Monday report lands at 08:00 on its own. Most owners spend ten minutes a day on it, from their phone.

What happens to a guest email.

An enquiry arrives. Hotelhand reads it, checks dates and prices in your booking system, and writes the reply the way you would: your words, your policies, your little extras. The draft waits in your inbox. You tap Approve, or change a line and then approve. Nothing is sent without you.

  • Enquiry to confirmation

Availability, offer, booking confirmation, questions before arrival, the welcome message, the thank-you after departure. In up to ten languages.

  • Reviews

Every new review on Booking.com, Google, Tripadvisor and Expedia gets a specific, calm draft within a day. The difficult ones come to you first, with two versions to choose from.

  • The Monday report

Occupancy, average rate, revenue per room, pickup against last year, cancellations, arrivals, what guests praised and complained about, and what AI assistants currently say about you. One page, 08:00.

Anna KellerEarly check-in on Friday?
Hi, we land in Chania at 8:40 on Friday. Any chance the room could be ready by 11? Travelling with a baby.
Draft reply, in your voice

Dear Anna, welcome in advance. Your Sea View room will be ready from 11:00 on Friday and a cot is already noted. If you arrive earlier, your luggage can wait with us and breakfast runs until 10:30.

Guests praised: the terrace at sunset, the homemade jams.

Fix this week: Sunday breakfast waiting times, mentioned three times.

And more, once it knows your hotel.

  • Sorts your invoices

Supplier invoices are named, filed and tagged; a monthly list of what to pay and an export for your accountant.

  • Watches competitors’ prices

A weekly snapshot of five neighbours for three key dates, so your rates are never a guess.

  • Helps AI assistants recommend you

Structured data, a FAQ in the words guests use, your Google Business Profile and your OTA descriptions aligned, so ChatGPT and Google can find and name you.

  • Writes a month of social posts

Thirty captions and a posting schedule in your voice, ready for Metricool or Buffer.

Questions about the setup.

More in the pricing and on the about page.

Which booking systems do you connect to?

Cloudbeds and Mews through their APIs (availability and prices are checked before a draft is written). Other systems work with a weekly export and a checklist. Holiday rentals: Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable, Lodgify and OwnerRez through their messaging.

Which mailbox?

Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook or Microsoft 365, and Spark. Drafts are created as drafts in your own mailbox, under your own name.

Which review sites?

Booking.com, Google, Tripadvisor and Expedia. Replies are drafted; you publish them with one tap.

How long does Setup take?

14 days for hotels, 7 for holiday rentals, from the day we receive your form. Most of that is learning your voice and testing the drafts beside you.

What do I need to have?

An AI subscription of your own (ChatGPT or Claude, about €20–100 a month, paid to the provider), access to your mailbox and booking system, and twenty minutes for the form.
